The Template and Services will be provided by UCC National Setting in return for payment by Church of the agreed-upon Subscription Fees. Templates and services include the WordPress template, web hosting, website security, daily backup of web files, occasional maintenance, training, and all updated feed and news from the UCC National Setting, in addition to other content.

UCC Everywhere sites are mobile friendly. UCC Everywhere sites are not applications.

Yes. UCC Everywhere sites can be connected to existing online giving portals that churches may have. Part of the on-boarding process for churches that do not have existing online giving portals is the establishment of a connection to get.tithe.ly to set up an online giving service that will become part of the new UCC Everywhere site.

No. Website hosting is included in the $45 monthly fee. However, domain registration is always maintained separately by each church.

UCC Everywhere customers have full administrative rights to their websites. However, additional software or plugins cannot usually be installed as it is a shared network.

UCC Everywhere churches will choose a month-to-month subscription
plan or an annual subscription plan. A month-to-month subscription plan will renew on a monthly basis, unless either Party provides at least thirty (30)
days advance notice of non-renewal. An annual subscription plan will renew annually for a one-year term, unless either Party provides at least thirty (30)
days advance notice of non-renewal. Refunds will not be given for annual subscriptions that are terminated more than thirty (30) days in advance of the renewal date.

The National Setting updates the content in the feeds and news originating at the National Setting. Churches make updates to their own website content.

Churches will receive a log-in to WordPress, a platform they can use to make edits and update news feeds and blogs.

Yes. Churches are responsible for keeping their current domain or creating one if they do not have a current church website.

Below are some question about the process.

Churches can either fill out the template via WordPress on their own, or for an additional fee, OrgStory will send you a content intake form to fill out through Google Documents and assist you in developing the content for your site. For more information, visit the pricing page.
